Reception staff very welcoming on arrival and accommodated storage of our luggage as we arrived at 9.30am having disembarked our cruise ship. Check-in formalities processed very quickly, and we were then free to head off sightseeing. Great location on Chatham Road and within walking distance of a plethora of attractions, restaurants and shops. Large room on the 13th floor, excellent interior lighting throughout, good views although restricted by adjacent high rises. Comfortable bed and all necessary amenities provided including room safe. Room maintained meticulously clean for the duration. Simple checkout routine on departure and concierge very helpful in obtaining a taxi for us during typhoon restrictions. This was our third stay at the Park Hotel and would have no hesitation in rebooking if staying in the city again. Park Cafe offered excellent quality buffet breakfasts, hotel guest discount a real bonus. Marigold Bar a cosy retreat adjacent reception and we enjoyed lunch and accompanying beverages there on two occasions.

We were able to check in late because our plane was delayed due to weather. The front desk was understanding and helped us get settled in our room. The room was perfect for a family of four. Room service was excellent. The location on Tsimshatsui East was convenient for visiting all parts of HK. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and great places to shop for clothes, savor desserts, explore varieties of tea, and get your hair styled. On our last day the hotel held our luggage until we finished sightseeing and called a cab for us to go to the HK airport.

Great location, acces from two sides, one for taxi and one for pedestrians. Close to subway and close to shops and restaurants. We arrived in the morning and they stored our luggage for us. Which was very helpful. They brought the luggage up to our room once we could check in. Room was very clean and was daily cleaned. There was enough space for our suitcases. The airco was nice and easy to use. The bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely.
